The following is based on conversations with successful brokers about how they get most of their agents excited about and using the tools in Listings-to-Leads successfully:

Make sure your account is set up properly for automation and notification.

Email if you are not sure, or if it is not and we'll explain it and set it up for you.

Your Comments Will Help Generate Business for Your Agents:

Take a minute at every sales meeting to remind them to send the 'Seller Engagement Emails' for their listings to their seller's along with the eFlyers and Facebook Posts and that this will help them generate more leads and more referrals.

Here is a sample role play about how to do this:

"Ok everyone, also, make sure you are getting the Just Listed eFlyers and Facebook Posts to your sellers to help you generate more referrals and leads. 

And the Seller Engagement Emails that show your sellers all the tools being used to help market their home to generate buyer interest and showings!

These will help you generate leads and referrals from your sellers SOI and friends via email and Facebook!

If you are not getting these, let us know! You should be getting them for every listing.

Also be sure to let open up the emails from Listings-to-Leads when your listings go Pending or Close Escrow so you get those eFlyers and Facebook Post emails to you as well. These are probably the best ones!

You can set all of this up to go to your admins or VA's and even to the seller directly if needed!
